🔒 The short version: the numbers you type into our calculators are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. There are no user accounts, we keep no database of inputs, we do not sell personal data. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which tools are used, under the choice you make on our cookie notice, and we set no advertising cookies. Every page loads fonts from Google, and a few tools call outside services to work. Each one is listed below.
1. Who We Are
CalculatorsHub.us is a free website of online calculators, converters and small tools. It is a static site hosted on Hostinger: each page is a plain HTML file, and there are no logins, user accounts or user database. This policy explains what information is handled when you use calculatorshub.us.
The site is operated by 24London Invest Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13183054), which is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Information We Handle
Calculator inputs: calculations run in your browser using the JavaScript on each page. The numbers you enter are not sent to our server and we do not store them. The exceptions are the few tools that must fetch data from an outside service; they are listed in section 4, together with what each one sends.
Server logs: like any web host, Hostinger's servers may record basic technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this only to run and secure the site.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used: which pages and tools are visited, how people arrive (for example from a search engine), the type of device and browser, approximate location at city or country level, and interactions such as scrolling, file downloads and clicks on links to other sites. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. When analytics is allowed, it sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_JPGRR4CT6H, which hold a random ID and last up to 2 years. We do not send your calculator inputs, name or email to Google Analytics, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your analytics choice: in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics stays off until you click Accept on the cookie notice. Elsewhere, including the US, it is on by default and you can turn it off by clicking Decline. While analytics is off, no analytics cookies are set; under Google Consent Mode, Google may still receive a basic signal without cookies or identifiers.
Google Search Console: we use Search Console to see how our pages appear in Google Search (search terms, clicks and impressions, reported in aggregate). It adds no code or cookies to our pages.
Contact form and email: if you use the contact form, the topic, your name, email address, subject, message and the optional page address you enter are sent through Web3Forms (a form delivery service) to our inbox. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message. We keep these messages only to reply and to follow up on bug reports, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list.
Stored in your browser: apart from the two Google Analytics cookies described above, the site sets no cookies. It keeps a few small items in your browser's local storage, described in the Cookie Policy. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
3. How We Use Information
- To reply to your messages and fix the errors you report
- To keep the site running and secure
- To see, through Search Console, which pages people find in Google so we can improve them
- To see, through Google Analytics and only in aggregate, which calculators are used and where pages need work
We do not sell personal information, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
4. Outside Services
These services receive a request directly from your browser. Like any web request, it includes your IP address and basic browser details; each service handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts (every page): the page fonts are loaded from Google's font servers.
- Google Analytics (every page): measures visits as described in section 2, following your choice on the cookie notice.
- Google AdSense: not on the site. The ad script was removed on 30 September 2026 because no ads were being served by it, so nothing from Google's advertising systems loads on these pages today. If we apply for AdSense again, this policy will say so before the script goes back.
- ipapi.co (the What Is My IP tool): returns the approximate location of your IP address, such as city, region, country and time zone. What Is My IP falls back to ipify if ipapi.co does not answer.
- Frankfurter (Currency Converter): supplies the European Central Bank's daily reference rates. Only the request for the rate list is sent, never the amount you convert.
- Wikipedia / Wikimedia (This Day in History): receives the month and day you pick and returns historical events for that date.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) (QR Code Generator): the QR code library is loaded from this public code library. The QR code itself is drawn in your browser, and the text you encode is not sent anywhere.
- Web3Forms (Contact page): delivers contact form messages to our inbox, as described in section 2.
Your location: the Sunrise Sunset Calculator can ask for your browser's location. Your browser asks you first, and you can say no; the tools still work with a city or time zone instead.
5. Ads on This Site
The homepage has no ads. Tool pages have a few ad slots. Until Google AdSense approves the site, those slots show ads for other websites run by the same owner: LegalCost.us, discount5.us and favorit5.us. They are labeled Our network, are plain links built into the page with no tracking scripts or cookies, and are marked as sponsored links. If you click one, the link carries a tag (for example utm_source=calculatorshub) so that site can see the visit came from CalculatorsHub.
If AdSense is approved, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy before those services go live, including how to opt out. Google already offers ad controls at Google Ad Settings, and industry opt-out tools are available from the Digital Advertising Alliance (USA) and Your Online Choices (EU/UK).
6. Your Choices
- Click Decline on the cookie notice to turn Google Analytics off. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.
- Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on to block Google Analytics on every site.
- Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove everything it stored in local storage.
- Decline location requests; no tool needs your location to work.
- Use your browser's privacy settings or an extension to block third-party requests; most calculators do not need any.
- Ask us to see or delete messages you sent us by writing to hello@calculatorshub.us.
7. Privacy Laws
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR in the EU and UK or state privacy laws in the US, including California's CCPA, may give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Because we hold very little personal data (mainly the messages people send us), most requests are simple. Email hello@calculatorshub.us and we will reply.
8. Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We update this page when our practices change, and always before adding Google ads or any new tracking tool. The date at the top of the page shows the last change.
